Pasta with Garlic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Chilli: a great classic!

A classic recipe easy to make and excellent to taste thanks to three products that are never missing on our dishes: extra virgin olive oil, garlic and chilli. Many like to call it a "dinner-saving recipe", spaghetti with garlic, oil and chilli pepper are an easy and quick first course to prepare.
Pasta. Extra virgin olive oil. Garlic. Chili pepper. These are the 4 ingredients that make a dish rich in nutrients and with a nutraceutical product such as oil famous.
A timeless dish, never out of fashion.
Ingredients for 6 people:
Pasta 0.5 kg;
Garlic 2;
Chillies 2;
Parsley as required;
Preparation:
To prepare a good pasta, you need to choose the best quality ingredients: durum wheat spaghetti, fresh garlic and chilli pepper as much as possible.
Place plenty of extra virgin olive oil in a pan, add the whole garlic without peel and chopped chilli pepper.
Cook the garlic at a low temperature so that it releases the aromas, but does not burn.
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water for about half the cooking time, transfer it to the pan by adding hot cooking water to finish cooking by tossing in the pan, in this way the pasta releases the starch which makes the whole creamy.
If the season allows it, it is also delicious with some fresh tomatoes cut into small pieces and added at the last minute. Finally add the finely chopped parsley.
Another secret that facilitates intimate contact between oil and pasta is the addition of breadcrumbs in the oil.
