General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Agriturismo Casa Olivo, with registered office and administrative headquarters at Via Marmolada 4, 58100 Grosseto – Italy, VAT No. 01257360535, offers all users the opportunity to purchase extra virgin olive oil (hereinafter the “Product”) online through the website www.olioaroldo.com (hereinafter the “Site”).
General Notes
The Customer (hereinafter the “Customer”) is invited to accept and retain these General Terms and Conditions in their preferred manner.
In the event of changes to the General Terms and Conditions, the purchase order, as specified in Articles 3 and 4 of these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “Purchase Order”), will be governed by the General Terms and Conditions published on the Site at the time the Customer places the Order.
Offer to the Public
The products and their prices presented on the site constitute an offer to the public in accordance with the terms specified in the General Terms and Conditions and on the site itself. The terms of this offer apply exclusively to purchases made on the site.
Product Prices
The prices shown on the site at the time the order is placed apply to products, without considering previous offers or any subsequent price changes.
Purchase Order
Purchase orders must be placed online using the ordering process on the site.
To complete the purchase order, the customer may alternatively use the following methods:
If the customer is already registered on the site (hereinafter “Site User”), simply enter their login credentials (username and password).
If the customer is not a Site User, simply enter the required information in the appropriate form to complete the purchase.
The customer has successfully completed the order process if the website does not display any error messages (the system cannot detect errors in the data entered by the customer in the billing and shipping address fields).
The Purchase Agreement will be deemed concluded upon receipt of the order by Agriturismo Casa Olivo. In this case, Agriturismo Casa Olivo will confirm receipt of the order by sending an order confirmation email to the email address provided by the customer.
This confirmation will summarize the selected products, their prices (including any shipping costs, if not free), the delivery address, and the order number.
At the same time as the order confirmation, the amount corresponding to the purchased products will be charged to the customer if payment is made by bank transfer or PayPal.
The order number, generated by the system and communicated by Olio Aroldo Bio, must be used by the customer in all communications with Agriturismo Casa Olivo.
Payment and Invoicing
Payment can be made following the instructions on the website.
Agriturismo Casa Olivo will issue an invoice that will be sent by email to the email address provided by the customer upon shipment of the goods.
Delivery Methods and Related Costs
Delivery of the goods, which will be shipped by courier, is subject to successful payment.
Shipping times are indicative and not essential.
Stock: If the recipient or their representative is absent when the courier arrives, a note will be left and a second delivery appointment will be arranged by telephone at the address provided during the online order process. If this is also unsuccessful, the goods may be retained by the courier until the customer collects them. In this case, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier indicated on the failed delivery receipt and arrange for collection of the goods.

Legal Guarantee
Every customer has the right to withdraw from the contract. Our return policy is available in the dedicated Returns Policy section.

Competent Court
For any disputes concerning, arising from, or related to a contract governed by these general conditions of sale, including in the event of conflict or connection of causes, the Court of Grosseto shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
