Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 206 of 06/09/05 and subsequent amendments, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within 14 days of receipt, by notifying Agriturismo Casa Olivo by calling +39 340 9409329 or by writing to info@casaolivo.com.

Agriturismo Casa Olivo will refund the amount paid within 14 days of the customer’s notification of withdrawal. In any case, any shipping costs incurred by the customer for returning the goods to Agriturismo Casa Olivo will be refunded along with the price of the goods and any applicable fees paid by the customer. Please note that to process a return, the package must be intact and contain all unopened and sealed bottles. Returns will not be accepted for opened or partially opened packages, packages with missing or already opened bottles, or packages damaged after delivery by the courier.

For any reports, complaints, or inquiries, please contact us directly at info@casaolivo.com, quoting the order number assigned to you upon completion of the online purchase and included in the order confirmation email.

Protection of Minors

Minors under 18 are not authorized, unless supervised by an adult family member, to place orders via the online order form.
